Privacy Policy

This page describes what happens to data you submit to usely.tools. It is a working draft — the platform is not yet publicly launched.

What we process

• Files you upload (images, videos, 3D models) are processed to produce the tool output you requested. Uploads and outputs are stored on our server so you can re-download them from your dashboard. Deleting a file in your dashboard removes it from your account views; server-side copies are retained for operations [retention period TBD].
• Account data (email, authentication) is handled by Clerk.
• Payment data is handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers.
• Usage records (operation, credits, timestamps) for billing and abuse prevention.

Processors

Clerk (auth) · Stripe (payments) · Supabase (database) · Replicate (US — ML processing of submitted files; standard contractual clauses / DPF) · Hosting on our own server (EU). Browser-local tools (developer utilities, color palettes) never transmit your input.

AI-generated content

Outputs of generative tools (headshots, upscaling detail, inpainting, 3D reconstruction) are AI-generated or AI-modified and are labeled as such in the product.
